There are overgrown bushes and shrubs in the alleyway between Redwood Walk and Redwood Walk (accessed on Lombardy Rise). The alleyway has been pad-locked by the council so neither my neighbour nor I can access the alleyway. Please can these all be chopped down as there have been rats coming into my garden from this overgrown alleyway. Please see pics of alleyway attached. -5 Lombardy Rise, Leicester, LE5 0FQ
