The concrete well-like structure on Forest Way , Stokes Wood Park is gushing water out . This is running down onto the path/cycle way. It has been washing mud down onto the path. The path at the bottom of the hill has a large pool of water and mud. The grass surrounding the pool is waterlogged. It is impossible to walk on the path or the surrounding verges. The trees on the slope (some of which have been cut down) are having their roots damaged. The whole area is a mud bath. I have reported this to Severn Trent but they have failed to action.
